Kitchen:
Fully equipped with all the major appliances, as well as many smaller ones, including a Ninja blender for those healthy morning smoothies (or cocktails!), 2 coffee makers, an electric kettle and teapot, a toaster, hand mixer, electric juicer, electric egg boiler/poacher, and a waffle maker! There is plenty of dinnerware, silverware, and pots and pans to create home-cooked meals.

Game room/little office:
Enjoy a game of Air Hockey or a game of foosball, and the toys in the cabinet.
A desk with drawers for the moments that you need to catch up with some unwanted office work.

Pool area:
The outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and fun. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or unwind in the inviting hot tub. Lounge in the comfortable chaise chairs, dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table, and create delicious meals on the grill for the perfect cookout experience.

For safety, the children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor area, including the pool and canal area.

All ceiling fan switches and remotes are labeled for your convenience. Remotes will only work when the light switches are turned on.

There is no extra charge for electricity or heating the pool, but please treat our home as yours and turn the Spa and Pool heat off after usage.

Supplies: Your stay is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, starter shampoo, body wash, and hand soap.

High-speed Xfinity internet and Wi-Fi.
