Smoky Oak Lodge is on a monthly program to prevent insects. However, remember that you are in a cabin in the mountains. It is not possible to keep 100% of insects out all of the time. No refunds or discounts will be given for insects found in or outside of the cabin. Please keep doors closed to prevent wild animals and insects from getting in.
★ OTHER INFORMATION ★
✔ Food in photos is for staging only. Meals are not provided during your stay.
✔ Decor depicted in photos in or around the cabin may need to be changed from time to time.
✔ The cabin is stocked with enough supplies to last an entire stay under normal use. However, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for use during their stay should they run out.
✔ There are two security cameras facing the front of the cabin/driveway. One is located by the front door and another on the side of the cabin by the driveway. They record audio/video 24/7. There are no cameras inside the cabin.
✔ Primary renter must be at least 22 years of age and must be present during the entire stay.
✔ Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
✔ Guest must sign a rental agreement and schedule a security deposit hold within 24 hours of booking to secure reservation.
✔ In the event Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable.
✔ Due to weather, other acts of God, or repair/maintenance, some amenities may not be available. We cannot guarantee the availability of each and every amenity. No refunds will be provided.
✔ The hot tub is completely emptied and cleaned for every stay. Therefore, it is possible that the hot tub may not be at the desired temperature immediately upon check-in.
