Enjoy your stay at this two-story townhome with plenty of amenities to make your stay fun and memorable - including a private hot tub! This home includes a comfy living room with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. The four bedrooms allow the whole group to spread out and enjoy their space or come together in the high ceiling living room. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower and large garden tub - so feel free to relax the night away in a cozy bubble bath. Upstairs, guests can find a desk for any group member who needs to get some work or studying done while on their trip. Other perks of the home include a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and a private gas grill.

Guests will have access to various onsite amenities, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, kid’s water park, soccer field, fitness room, tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court. Some amenities may only be open seasonally. The area also has a beautiful walking path that features a creek.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
