You don’t have to go far for full immersion in the beautiful Northwoods at this lovely, secluded home – step out your back door and find peaceful walking trails cut throughout the trees in the back of the heavily wooded property, perfect for summer hikes and winter snowshoeing. If the weather is nice, start the day in your enclosed sun room or on the large deck with a cup of coffee before you go for a walk. This home is dog-friendly as well, so the family pup can join you.

Inside, you’ll find soaring, knotty-pine ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The open floor plan fosters togetherness and the chef will love cooking in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space. At mealtime, dine together at the table for six or pull up a barstool at the kitchen island to keep it casual.

If you’re exploring further afield, you’re around eight miles from downtown Eagle River and the public boat launch to access the Eagle River chain of lakes. When you return, play a friendly game of pool in the basement or sneak in a workout on the exercise machine downstairs. There’s a dedicated desk space and high-speed WiFi if you’ve got any remote work to do. Throw dinner on the gas grill and play some music with the sound dock, or spend the evening out by the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Snuggle up on the couch in front of the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows or watch a DVD before heading off to bed after a perfect day in the Northwoods.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
