Awesome view. Best view I’ve ever had in a rental . But - it’s in desperate need of repair
Stunning view. Serene. Bathrooms need major updates. Showers are terrible - burning hot to freezing cold without turning any knobs. Toilet broke during stay. Internet spotty. Front door barely locks and is very noisy on a windy day. But - view is so spectacular that it makes up for the poor condition.

Gorgeous views in a tired condo
The views from this glass and mirror walled penthouse are truly amazing! Makes the rest of what I will say still worth a visit. This is an older bldg and condo and they are showing their age. Giant main bathroom has one small sink and a huge bathtub whose faucet does not have a mixer so all hot or all cold. The sectional sofa in living room won’t stay together and the sections slide apart and all over the place. The living room tv won’t stay connected to Wi-Fi. We tried to fix it and called for help but it wasn’t fixed. Other bathroom fixtures are really old and tired. Parking is a not in the parking garage, it’s a block away which is sort of a pain. The pool, which is also half a block away, was not heated very much (outside temp was 75 and pool felt very cold) and was full of dead palm branches.

We had the best time in Pacific Beach. Will definitely be back!
We had the best time staying at pacific beach! This property is right on the beach and walkable distance to restaurants and shopping. Plus San Diego is just a quick drive away. Seriously amazing views and accommodations were very comfortable. They could use a few more kitchen tools (like hot pads) but it was truly an amazing place. We’re already planning a trip back!

Beautiful
You could tell prior guests messed up the carpeting as the first couple nights it really smelt bad as you could tell they tried treating the carpeting. I had some fabric spray so that helped me cope. Also, the dining room table chairs need updating or repairs as many legs are loose and the matting has come off. Also, there was a cat tree in the living room when we checked in and I didn't think you could book it with pets so maybe that is why the carpeting in the main bedroom was not pleasant. Beautiful location it is however.

The view is AMAZING!
If you want a great view this is the place for you. with two walls of windows we would wake up to the ocean, end the night watching the sunset and then even see some fireworks from SeaWorld! Not to mention the beach right there. It was great to have parking and we were 15 minutes from everything. The actual penthouse needs some TLC and was dated but comfortable and met our needs. The management company was quick to answer our questions and was very helpful.
