The home is within walking distance of restaurants and convenience stores. In the winter, there is a free sledding hill for the kids and a brand-new playground. At the Emerald Outback, located nearby, you can access hiking trails and mountain biking. There are local festivals all season long including the famous Mile High Kite Festival.
