​​​​​​​Our home is nestled in a great, North Scottsdale neighborhood on a quiet street and close to all the great adventures AZ has to offer! We're situated in the Paradise Valley Village area and minutes from the Greenway Park. We can accommodate up to a 30' RV with our separate parking area available on the side of our home. Please keep in mind hookups are not provided onsite. For the avid shoppers traveling with your group, we're less than 10 minutes from Kierland Commons and Desert Ridge Marketplace! We're also less than 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic, the MIM and the Princess Hotel. We're surrounded by an array of grocers and our certified concierge is here to assist you with planning not only your family fun outings, but can also help out with grocery delivery services, booking tours, golf packages and more!

-Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash plus one Hair Dryer in each bathroom
-Supplies/toiletries are stocked at starter amounts. Guests will need to plan accordingly.
-Outdoor Propane BBQ Grill
-All High-Quality Linens including Multiple Towels (Bath, Pool & Hand)
-Baby gear: Booster Seat
-100 MB WIFI speed and YouTube TV or Internet TV access throughout
-We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance as we will follow our cancellation policy!

House Rules:
THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• Pets upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
*We use NoiseAware software to monitor any excessive noise or elevated occupancy on the property.

Other Information:
• $75/pet fee. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.
• No Cats Preferred
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you prior to your check in time via email.
• Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit and lease agreement.
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
• ***RENTAL CONTRACT:
A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour's noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
