This Tiny house inspired apartment is among our most affordable units , this Interior unit has the living room up the spiral staircase and super tall bedroom ceiling

With approximately 440  sq.ft, this apartment was inspired in a Tiny House, every space was optimized to create a modern and cozy, but most of all, a super functional space in autumn  2020.

Distributed on 2 levels, the apartment has a bedroom with a DOUBLE HEIGHT ceiling and a full bathroom in the ground level, where the access and kitchen are.
 The kitchen has an electric stove where you can prepare your dishes and a dining bar where you can enjoy them.
It is functional, and has a espiral staircase that you will use to go up to the living room.
The smartTV with internet is functional but not small so you can see it from any angle of the bedroom
Being located on the ground floor and next to the parking lot, you will have independence and privacy from the rest of the building's residents and you will be able to access with a code that will be provided on the day of your arrival; of course; after meeting our staff in the building for one only time.

The area is incredible and just minutes from Condesa, Roma and Polanco.

Great location and professionally managed. Close to local shops and restaurants, there is a convenience store attached to the building.

This is the place for you, we have a new bed, smart TV etc.
