Tybee Island's “Summer Solstice” is a three-bedroom vacation home with a private elevator that allows visitors to live like a local. This vacation home is within walking distance to the beach as well as many restaurants and shops while peacefully tucked into a quiet mid-island neighborhood. This Tybee townhome is furnished with upscale coastal décor. The comfortable furnishings have been hand-picked to make guests feel right at home.

The covered porch is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or gathering for outdoor meals. The open and bright main living area of Tybee's “Summer Solstice” is perfect for gathering with your vacation companions while enjoying meals, games, or watching your favorite movie or tv show. The streaming apps on the smart TVs throughout “Summer Solstice” give you access to log into your own Netflix, YouTube TV, HULU, or any other streaming apps you prefer.
The king sleeper sofa in the living room allows this home to sleep eight guests. The spacious central open kitchen is built for gathering with plenty of counter space and modern appliances. The dine-on counters have seating for 8, with additional seating at a more formal dining table with seating for four next to the kitchen. Additionally, a convenient full bath with a walk-in shower is on the middle floor.
The top floor of Tybee's “Summer Solstice” may be accessed by the internal staircase or the home's elevator that goes from the ground entry level to the top floor. All three bedrooms are located on the top floor.

The Primary bedroom suite has a king bed, large TV, and a full ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with large TV. A third large bedroom has a queen bed, large TV, and a cozy reading nook. A full-size bathroom with a tub shower is located in the hallway and easily accessible by guests staying in bedrooms two and three. A laundry closet with a full-size washing machine and dryer is located on the top floor.

Outside the house is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

“Summer Solstice” has parking for two vehicles. One standard-size vehicle may park in the garage, and another may park in the driveway in front of the home.
