Welcome to “Sound Advice”, our home away from home, located a few miles south of the Surf City Bridge. You have the best of both worlds being soundside and a short two minute walk to the private beach access at the end of the private, quiet street! The home is located right next to the private day dock that is only accessible to owners and guests of our street. You can tie up your boat on the day dock and it is a perfect spot for fishing as well! (Please note there is not a boat ramp) Adjacent to our home is a private area on the sound where you can also fish and launch paddle boards, canoes and kayaks (kayak provided in the rental). After your day on the water be sure to take advantage and rinse off in the outdoor shower on the bottom level!

The home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom that sleeps 8 people total. 1 king, 2 queens and a bunk bed room. The master bedroom and 4th bedroom upstairs have stunning sound views. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi and walk in shower while the other upstairs full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a walk in shower in the downstairs full bathroom – all with hair dryers. There are smart TVs in the living room and 3 of the bedrooms for online streaming services. There is also a DVD player in the living room. For those of you that need to work online, there is an office to sneak away and get some work done! The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. Off of the dining area is a screened in porch to enjoy meals or just relax and enjoy the views of the sound.

There are multiple decks on both levels for enjoying the outdoors. Be sure to catch the beautiful sunset over the sound! You can also enjoy the sunset over the sound by the firepit on those chilly nights!

Before listing this home in 2022 we have replaced all the carpet, installed new bathroom flooring, installed new quartz countertops and backsplash in the kitchen, new paint throughout the home among other updates to the home.

There are beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for guest use along with a Pack N’ Play and portable high chair that attaches to dining chairs for those little ones. Grill for guest use as well.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve

The kitchen is well stocked.

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
