The living room if so comfy and well laid out for relaxing after a long day of adventuring. A desk area is also provided for the remote business traveler and fiber wi-fi speeds at 300/300mbps. Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind! The primary bedroom features a King size bed and the second bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed.

Street parking is available on 6th Avenue. Trailers can be parked in the oversized vehicle parking lot, located at the west end of 9th Avenue

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
