*** DOCK: We do have a separate guest-only wood dock for guests use/watercraft. Owner has their own plastic dock for personal watercraft use only. We do allow guests to use the bench at the end of the plastic floating dock or to fish off of. Owners may from time to time walk through the yard to access watercraft for their own enjoyment.
