This beautifully decorated central Paris Duplex apartment is situated on the 1st & 2nd floor of a private brownstone building (with elevator) on the right bank of the Seine. It can accommodate 6 - 7 guests in style and luxury. Spacious rooms and a superb location just 3-minutes from the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro Gardens, and the beautiful Pont de l'Alma bridge! Our guests say our pictures don't do our apartment justice, and we agree! We'd love to welcome you in person. (We also have an adjacent full 1 bedroom apartment that opens up into this apartment so you can have 3 additional guests, a second kitchen and a 3rd bathroom!)
Spacious rooms and a superb location make our apartment the ideal vacation rental. The large salon is charmingly arranged to maximize comfort and luxury. With gilt-framed artwork on the walls and exquisite ornaments and lighting, you can relax in a truly Parisian setting after a busy day of sightseeing or working.
You can cook just like at home in the modern and fully equipped kitchen, perhaps using delicious ingredients from one of Paris’ celebrated outdoor markets. There is a stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher. Because our washer and dryer are located in another part of our building, our housekeeper will do your laundry free of charge.
Our apartment has all the equipment you need to have a perfect stay.
There are three amply sized bedrooms, with the master bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub. The remaining bedrooms are lavishly decorated and contain a comfortable king or queen-sized bed. The king bed can be separated into two singles; please let us know before you arrive. All beds are made up of high-quality linens. The second bathroom is made with shining marble and tiles for that grand finish and has two sinks side by side and a large shower. There is also a half bathroom near the living room.
THE LOCATION
This apartment is located within the 16th arrondissement of Paris, just a few steps away from the Seine and the Pont (bridge) de l'Alma. This district is one of Paris' most famously fashionable areas. It is home to an array of luxury boutiques and Michelin-starred restaurants such as Le Clarence or Lucas Carton, where you can sample some of the most exquisite French cuisines.
Merely strolling along the Haussman Boulevard on a golden-lit evening, the splendor of this district is undeniable. Stupendous buildings such as L'Eglise de la Madeleine make visitors look up in awe at the might of the surrounding architecture.
This location also provides easy access to some of the most symbolic images of Paris, namely the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe. The latter is well worth climbing, especially at night, to look down at the magnitude of Paris laid out before you (you may even catch the sight of the Eiffel Tower when it sparkles every hour).
Alternatively, for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city streets, you could head to nearby Parc Monceau and spend a quiet hour reading by the beautiful ornamental lake and weeping willow trees.
The nearest metro stop to the apartment is "Alma-Marceau" (line 9), which will link you up with the rest of the city. There are also buses and English-speaking Ubers, and taxis are readily available.

This is an amazingly spacious apartment with classic French salon decor. And you could not ask for a better location. The Seine is literally a few doors down the street. We had a few snafus/changes of plans, and Lisa, Brigitte, and Gabrielle were so helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Gabrielle!!

The duplex apartment is very well located, very well furnished. Feel like home with a lot of space and a lot of decor from the original taste of the owner. Comfortable beds and well-functioning bathrooms.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Very convent to the metro. Well equipped kitchen. A home away from home.

The apartment is amazing! It's in a perfect location, walkable and accessible by metro and taxi. There's a great wine bar close by and a pharmacy nearby where you can get your sanitary pass. The check-in process was super thorough, and the host was very responsive. The apartment is decorated beautifully, and we slept like babies... it was a lovely stay, and I wish we had more time there!

Outstanding apartment. Very well decorated! I was concerned about the size of the beds, but they were both plenty big and very comfortable. Beautifully appointed bathrooms and kitchen as well.
But perhaps the best was the location. Two minute walk to the Seine and about 7-10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. A wonderful and a supermarket close. Terrific restaurants all over the place. I suggest Le Fumoir! Highly recommended for six people!

This apartment is so lovely and filled with many art pieces; it is like visiting a small gallery or museum. If you like your standard, relatively minimalist rental, this is not it. This is so much more. Lisa, the host, gives extensive recommendations and Brigitte who you contact regarding the keys, is incredibly helpful also, giving her own recommendations. The street and area are perfectly placed: 2 minutes from the Seine, all the usual museums, and the new Pinault collection is so close. The area is full of atmosphere. Metro is close too. The arriving and leaving process is very easy. If you are a first time tourist or now a flaneûr, this is the place to be. Marvellous.
