Spend sunny days at El Dorado Beach (8.5 miles) or choose from two golf courses within 4 miles. Spend winter days skiing at Heavenly or Sierra - both 10 miles away.
LIVING AREA
Unwind into vacation mode on the sectional in the living area, featuring a gas fireplace and a 65-inch smart TV. Endless fun awaits in the game room that doubles as a theater room. The space features a pool table, sectional, gas stove, desk, two papasan chairs, and a 150in projector screen, equipped with Apple TV. (Personal devices must be connected via USB or HDMI in order to watch media.)
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare delicious meals in the pristine kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine. While dinner simmers, perch at the five-seat kitchen bar. Gather for mealtime around the eight-person dining table.
BED & BATH
Find supreme comfort in the primary suite, complete with a king bed and an en-suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in the second suite, featuring a queen bed, backyard access, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third suite features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin-over-full futon bunk bed, desk, and deck with two Adirondack chairs. The en-suite third bath -- also accessible via the hallway -- has a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
