This home has a three-story layout. It does not have central air-conditioning; however, the bunk room has a mini-split unit for cooling as needed.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are okay). The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during the winter. This vacation rental is not suitable for parties; fines for over-occupancy will apply.

LOCATION

Stroll 12 minutes to breakfast at The Old Post Office, 17 minutes to CB's Bistro, or 19 minutes to iconic Gar Woods Grill & Pier. Walk 14 minutes to Patton Beach, 18 minutes to Carnelian West Beach, or rent a paddleboard at Waterman's Landing (15 minutes by foot).

Hike and play at North Tahoe Regional Park. For family fun, head to Kings Beach Miniature Golf - Lake Tahoe's oldest mini-golf course.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
