LIVING AREA

The den provides another relaxed living space with a sofa bed, desk, and 45in TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty dishes in a modern kitchen appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. An elegant glass-top dining table invites six to share special meals.

BED & BATH

This townhome sleeps four guests between two bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the den. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV.

Sleep soundly on a fine king bed in the primary bedroom, which leads to a private garden courtyard. A spa-like experience awaits in the en-suite bathroom, appointed with a walk-in shower, jetted soaking tub, double vanity, and water closet.

The guest bedroom features another queen bed and a shared en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The chefs in your group will appreciate the outdoor kitchen, equipped with a built-in grill and mini-fridge. A generous stretch of counter space makes it easy to fix all your cookout favorites, and a dining table seats six alongside fairway and mountain views.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
