This condo stands out for its incredible view of the ocean with a river on the other side - you won't be disappointed by the close proximity to both the ocean and fun activities. There's plenty of room to relax on the living room's corner couch, especially with a beverage whipped up in the full kitchen. The private washer/dryer will ensure that you have everything you need at each stage of your trip. When all is said and done, pull down the room-darkening shades for a peaceful night's sleep. Things to Know
The pool will be closed from September 20, 2024 through January 10, 2025, and the building will have construction noise between 8am-5pm during the week.
Beach access should remain open during this time.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must travel by car to reach this condo.
Trailers are not allowed on the property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
