In the 58m² two-room apartment, up to 4 people can spend relaxing days in Kühlungsborn. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and has a separate bedroom, a large living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. What is particularly charming about this apartment is the ceiling open to the roof with visible wooden beams. Large windows let a lot of light into the rooms. You can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the two balconies. The bathroom, the kitchen and the living and dining area are tiled. A carpet in the dining area ensures comfort. A laminate floor is laid in the bedroom. Pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment on request. You can park your car in the reserved outdoor parking space in the yard. Washer and dryer are in a separate room and can be used for a fee. A bicycle cellar is available for bicycles.
Living and cooking
The living area of the apartment invites you to social evenings with two couches. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system are available for entertainment. The adjoining dining area offers 4 people plenty of space for cozy meals. The open and friendly bright kitchen of the apartment has a 4-burner stove with an oven and a refrigerator. A toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle complete the kitchen equipment. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is only about 250 meters away; the center of Kühlungsborn-West can be reached quickly in less than 5 minutes on foot.

Use the two existing bicycles for a short tour to the marina in Kühlungsborn-Ost or explore the extensive surroundings on the well-developed network of cycle paths.

The daylight bathroom is located right next to the bedroom. A sink with a large mirror and a cosmetic mirror are just as much part of the bathroom as a small shelf for your washing utensils.
