The space
This updated 911 sq ft one bedroom one bath condo offers spacious dining and living area with full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, a master bedroom with queen bed, closet space, an ottoman with a pull out cot for a kid, and a sofa bed in the living room. It has android flat screens (cable service in the living area), electric fireplace for chill nights, board games and books.
You can also enjoy the patio with a view of the lake and outdoor furniture to take a break and relax. Some basic tennis and pickle ball equipment available, Frisbee as well.
The condo comes with 2 assigned parking spots.
Guest access
Church, park and sports fields behind church parking lot and walking trails (not the marked golf cart roads) are available to use at no extra charge.

The Country club, their restaurants, pool, bar, weight room, golf course and tennis courts are available with a temporary club membership which can be purchased separately. Guest information is required at least 3 days prior to check-in, but purchase may be made before, any time during your stay or declined. Prices start at $100 for a family of 5. Details will be provided upon request.
Other things to note
Just minutes away you have the Marina with plenty of restaurants, stores, shopping plaza and public boat ramps. Very close by you can also rent jet ski, boat rides and do not forget to check out the dinner sunset cruises and bird watch!
