Pool heater, Stove, TVs, Coffee Maker, Bedroom Curtains not in working condition
Even though you advertised that the pool was heated, your property manager was unable to actually turn on the heat. My family was unable to enjoy the pool most of the time as the water was too cold. I understand this has been a problem for some time and has not been able to be fixed, but your advertising needs to be updated.
- The blinds in three of the bedrooms were broken, allowing the sun to interrupt sleep each day of our vacation. I understand this has also been a problem for a long time now. Again, this is something you should update in your advertising.
- For the first couple of days, we tried to make do using your stove despite the fact that only two of the burner were working and then those would randomly turn off in the middle of cooking. I then spent some time one mid-day and was able to fix 5 out of 6 burners. But I do not think your intention is for your guests to need to spend their holiday repairing your stove.
- The TV in the family room upstairs finally worked with the ROKU on Wednesday morning after the technician came to the house. The remaining 2 TVs in the bedrooms never worked. Your technician told us they have no cable box and no ROKU device. So they are merely decorative. Not sure this is your intention.
- The coffee maker was an ordeal every morning. We got it to work one time. But even then it would pour one or two very strong cups and then stop and we had to keep finding fixes and solutions. Perhaps some clear instructions would be helpful.
- When we arrived the dishwasher was fully loaded with, what we believe were, clean dishes inside that had a rusty water smell inside.
- We hired a lady to clean one day. She could not figure out the coffee machine either. She also helped us avoid having to use the smelly dishwasher.
Hope you are able to improve several of these items as your home is otherwise very nice and beautifully set up. The biggest disappointment was the pool. Not being able to hang out in the pool was a major loss to the experience.
