We chose this specific house for several reasons. Firstly, we were drawn to the stunning waterfront location on 2.5 acres of land, which offers breathtaking views of the river and surrounding nature. The private dock, kayaks, and paddleboards were also a huge draw for us, as we love spending time on the water and wanted to share that experience with our guests.
In addition to the beautiful location, we were also impressed with the layout and amenities of the house itself. The first-floor bedrooms and large family room are perfect for families or groups of friends, while the upstairs living space offers stunning views and plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. We've outfitted the house with everything you need to enjoy your stay, from comfortable mattresses and high-end linens to a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of games and activities for all ages.
