Our cozy home is freshly renovated & designed to be the perfect stay for your group. This centrally located cottage is within walking distance to Downtown Lincoln which includes bars, restaurants, shopping, and groceries.

The space
Upon entry you are greeted by the living room. Offering a comfortable and spacious leather sectional, along with an electric fireplace and smart TV, this space is designed to live in. There are cozy blankets and pillows, a pouf ottoman for additional seating, and several games in the credenza for your group to choose from.

The fully equipped kitchen features an oven range, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and microwave. Home to dozens of plants, you will love cooking alongside friends and family in this eclectic eat-in kitchen.

Smaller appliances include: toaster, blender, mini waffle maker, and a citrus juicer.

Our coffee bar is well stocked for all beverage lovers. We have a coffee machine for K-Cups, an Italian coffee maker (moka pot) for coffee grounds, and a tea kettle for loose leaf tea. Our Adult Beverage bar is home to a jigger, strainer, bottle opener, and stirring spoon. We also offer wine glasses, champagne flutes, cocktail glasses and Moscow mule mugs for our guests.

Kid-Friendly dining: we are stocked with shatterproof and colorful dishes, cups, and silverware for children.

Where you’ll sleep: Bedroom one hosts a memory foam queen-sized bed, roomy dresser, and ample closet space. Your very own carafe and drinking glasses are hosted on your dresser alongside lively and air purifying plants. All grounded by a luscious and roomy boho rug, you are sure to feel cozy during your stay.

Bedroom two is home to the dedicated workspace in the house. Work from your temporary home in this sunny suite with high-speed Wi-Fi. This bedroom is home to a twin to king sized trundle bed which can be assembled for you upon request. With a memory foam mattress and fluffy pillows, this daybed is great for relaxation at any time of day. This cute bedroom also offers a roomy closet and its very own boho wicker reading chair.

Our spacious backyard is home to a gas grill, patio seating, and a fire pit for peaceful nights outdoors. Our grill is equipped with grilling tools and a cleaning brush.
