Light and comfort over two living levels, as well as plenty of space for your Baltic Sea holiday near the beach, you will find, dear guests, in this beautiful 4-bedroom apartment.   Equipment The apartment Denise is distributed over two living levels, on approximately 80 m² of living space. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished to feel good. The open living and dining area and the bright living area with direct access to the large balcony, invite you to relax. The large TV and DVD player provide your multimedia entertainment. The kitchenette is comfortably equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and stove. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed.  The spacious bathroom with corner bath, floor-level shower and vanity and toilet offers enough space for the family.  Here you can enjoy a relaxing bath after an eventful day on the Baltic Sea. In the upper living level another 2 bedrooms are waiting for you dear guests: one offers 3 single beds and a chest of drawers for your clothes, in the second for our youngest guests a toddler room with cot and changing table and wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is equipped with a stair gate. So up to 5 guests + toddler can live in the apartment "Denise".  Special features The allergy-friendly furnished non-smoking apartment is ideal for families. So also includes a highchair for equipment. Wi-Fi is available and can be used free of charge. However, pets must stay at home. The house has a laundry room with washer and dryer, which you can use for a small fee. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Bicycles On the object there is a private shed. Here you can safely store your bicycles etc. Bicycles you can z. B. in the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen with our co-partner "way2bike" in the Ostseeallee 15b borrow. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental offers many more things around the bike, but also carts and much more. You can also use the pick-up and drop-off service from / to the holiday property. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for ����� 9.00 per set. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can see the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
