Nestled in the heart of Indian Shores, this sixth-floor Sand Castle condo provides a beachfront perch where you can relax and experience all the Gulf Coast has to offer. Take in spectacular views from the private furnished balcony and feel your cares melt away as you glimpse the glistening Gulf. Spend leisurely afternoons lounging beside the complex's beachside pool, soak in the on-site hot tub, or sizzle favorite recipes in the shared charcoal grill area.

The tastefully designed condo boasts an open floor plan with a coastal flair. Outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the modern kitchen features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Helpful gadgets include a Keurig, a traditional coffee maker, and a crockpot. When it's time to eat, gather in the lovely dining space. Extra perks include a covered parking space for mid-size vehicles (not well suited for large SUVs and full-size trucks) and an in-unit washer/dryer.

A quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a popular destination for snowbirds and seabirds that boasts an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, the area is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the U.S.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
