Located in the Ovation development, this property enjoys access to 2 community pools, a gym, and tennis courts. Guests will love the stunning Bay views, private dock, screened-in porch, and nearby beach access.

This stilted beachfront home features a reverse floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the top floor for gorgeous Forgotten Coast views. A stylish and well-equipped kitchen includes a large breakfast bar that seats 4, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space for meal prep. The dining area—with a table that can easily accommodate 8—is located off the kitchen. Access to the screened-in porch, with its Adirondack chairs and gas grill, is located off the dining room. The spacious living room, with 2 sofas and a TV, is perfect for family gatherings or admiring the breathtaking views. There’s a laundry room on this floor to keep beach gear fresh and clean.

After a wonderful day at the beach, guests can retire to the 4 comfortable bedrooms located on the first floor. There’s 1 primary bedroom and 1 guest bedroom with king beds and Bay views, 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed, and 1 bunk room with a full-over-full bed and a twin-over-twin bed—ideal for kids or young adults.

For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower on the ground level—ideal for getting the sand off after a day at the beach.

*Bring your boat on vacation! Guests can anchor boats behind the home on the shallow dock or there are 8 anchor buoys in the basin (Bay Side) that guests can tie their boats to, and leave them overnight they are first come first serve. You can park your boat and trailer in the garage. However, Boats are not allowed to be visibly parked outside of the houses in ovation. For boats that will not fit into the garage, there is free boat parking adjacent to the neighborhood.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
