The Space:
This recently renovated and immaculate guesthouse in downtown Colorado Springs is just minutes away from numerous restaurants and the iconic sights of Colorado Springs. Enjoy quick travel to the Garden of the Gods, Olympic Training Center, and Memorial Hospital. You will have private access to the entire studio with a stocked kitchen with an induction cooktop. Relax in the beautiful living room with Roku Smart TV, and sleep comfortably in a new luxurious queen-sized bed.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room area has a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for extra sleeping space. There is also a Roku smart TV with wifi so you can pick up streaming your favorite show right where you left off.

KITCHEN:
We do not have an oven or a traditional stove. Our kitchen has an induction cook-top with a full array of spices, cooking utensils, pots, and pans! We also have a full-sized fridge, a microwave, and a countertop toaster oven. Enjoy fresh coffee every morning from our Keurig stocked with coffee pods and creamer in the fridge!

BEDROOM AREA:
The bedroom area features a premium Sealy, queen-sized mattress with luxurious white sheets and bedding, a large closet. A window AC lets you precisely control the temperature during the summer and the baseboard heaters work excellent in the winter.

BATHROOM:
The full bathroom is equipped with all standard toiletries and features a hairdryer, makeup removal wipes, and even emergency feminie products.

PATIO:
We have a 2-person table with chairs right outside the sliding glass door of the studio in the private, fenced-in area. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee out on the patio!

BACKYARD:
Fire up the grill and cook out with your friends and family on the 5-burner propane grill in the fenced backyard. Cook s’mores around the propane gas fire pit and enjoy your evening under the beautiful Colorado sky. The backyard is shared with our other Airbnb guests on the property. COVID19: Guest safety and comfort are our top priorities. Traveling now is more stressful than ever, and we understand. The standard process for us is professional quality cleaning in between each guest. We can assure you that all touch points such as door knobs, light switches, and tv remotes receive extra sanitization. We firmly believe that our home is much safer than a hotel where there is frequent contact with numerous guests. Rest easy and enjoy your vacation knowing you are doing it as safely as possible. Guest Access:
You will have access to the studio and everything in it! There is also a small, fenced patio where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee! You're also welcome to use the full backyard that is shared with the main house that we also rent on Airbnb. Feel free to make friends with our other guests, cook out on the BBQ grill, cook s'mores around the fire pit, and enjoy the Colorado fresh air!

The Neighborhood:
Our studio is close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and iconic Colorado Springs tourist destinations. See all the Springs has to offer in no time at all. You're only a block from The Olympic Training Center, a few short blocks from Memorial hospital, and a quick drive to all the major attractions in Colorado Springs.

Getting Around:
Great places to eat and hang out are right around the corner. It’s just a quick walk to get coffee from Dutch Bros, Starbucks, or Switchback Coffee Roasters. Walkable food includes China Village and Quijote's Mexican or even Walgreens for late-night snacking. Just down the road is our favorite Mexican restaurant Dos Santos Tacos and some fantastic burger joints (Bingo Burger and The Skirted Heifer.) There are also several excellent breweries nearby, such as Phantom Canyon, Cerberus, and Bristol Brewing. For breakfast, you cannot go wrong with Denver Biscuit Co or the entirely gluten-free menu at Coquette's Bistro and Bakery.

We recommend using Uber or Lyft (ride-sharing) to get around. Some bus stops are close by as well for easy use of public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

We are legally registered with the City of Colorado Springs! Don't worry about your booking getting cancelled the day before your trip!

We have one parking space in front of the studio for you and there is plenty of free street parking right out front.

Unfortunately, in the winter, baths will not be possible. We have awesome, fresh Colorado Rocky mountain water. During the winter, it comes from the city extremely cold. We have a tankless hot water heater that works PERFECTLY for super hot showers and all the sinks! But in the winter with the super cold city water, the tub spout flows too much water and will not be super hot, but the shower will be hot and work perfectly!

***We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
