The beaches in the area are sandy and equipped, near the coast, there are pine trees or other vegetation where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. There are also pebble, challenging, and rocky beaches since every few hundred meters the coast changes its structure. The area is still quiet and central. Near the house, there are the Stella Maris tennis courts where the well-known Umag ATP Croatia Open tennis tournament has been taking place for years.
