Warren Beach Rentals is excited to offer Beach Baby! This adorable beach home is 2 blocks to the beach, and has a brand new in ground pool for 2024. A golf cart is included in your rental. This home is an absolute gem and must be on your vacation list.

This adorable beach cottage is only 2 blocks to the ocean on the quiet west end and is designed with as much charm and comfort as you can put in a beach home, it is a pure vintage beauty! Beach Baby has a great flow, new kitchens and baths, and exudes coastal charm throughout.

About the home:
Close to the beach, with designer touches, and featuring new tile flooring, modern new bathrooms, and new kitchen. Complete with 2 covered sitting porches (front and back) and a private backyard with brand new pool that can be heated for an additional fee. A true Beach oasis. Never rushed, Never crowded, this home is just easy to love. You will feel miles away from stress on your vacation.

The fully fenced yard and beautifully landscaped grounds are great for kids or for the family pet (Dogs under 30 lbs considered with additional fee and preapproval.).

There are 3 generously sized bedrooms, including a King bed master bedroom with ensuite bath. The first guest room has a queen bed and the other bedroom has twin beds, and they share the second bath.

Beach Baby has 2 living rooms, one at the entrance that adjoins the kitchen and front porch, and a second living room with queen sleeper sofa that adjoins the rear screened in porch that spills out onto the pool deck.

The fully equipped kitchen is available for those wanting to cook in. Guests can dine "al fresco" on the back porch or in the eat in kitchen.

Laguna Beach is a golf-cart-friendly beach community with a very Beachy lifestyle. Located close to Rosemary Beach to the West and Pier Park to the east. You get access to all the fun, without all of the crowds. Beach access is easy with access at the end of the street, along with parking for your golf cart.

Here are the rules: weekend to weekend only in summer and spring break.
25 or older to rent, primary renter must stay at the property.
No college or Party Groups
No Smoking or Vaping in the condo
No Pets.
and most importantly.. Beach Baby is only for fun people and has a strict No Grouch House Rule! if you are rude, hateful, or just plain mean. Rent somewhere else, this home is only for fun guests.
Pets (dogs only) considered with prior approval. $225 plus tax per pet per stay.
Check in 4pm Check out 10 am
The day prior to your stay, a $500 damage deposit will be held on your credit card (like a hotel card imprint).
Hold will be lifted 3 days after stay if there is no damage. This makes it easy and you dont physically have to pay a damage deposit then wait to have it returned.
