Light, bright, spacious and oh so comfy! This home is a new construction beach home with its own neighborhood path and tunnel to the beach! No crossing the highway! The Tunnel is large and accommodates any rented beach cart, bicycles or pedestrians and really makes this home's location super special! We have a fun downstairs ground level patio ready for fun with beach toys, corn hole game, 8 chairs and 4 side tables and a nice charcoal grill. The deck is large, breezy and right off the kitchen/living area with an outdoor dining set as well and the community pool is one street over from house!

You will have access to the entire home! Your digital access lock will provide you with keys to the house and garage, so you can unload beach gear and coolers right into the garage to keep locked at night! Inside the garage are trash bins, corn hole game, and also some fun beach toys, stroller, boogie boards for the kiddos.

The most beautiful west end of the island community! Pointe San Luis is filled with gorgeous new beach homes, a stunning community pool, a community tunnel to the beach large enough for golf carts so you don't have to cross the highway! It is quiet at night and loads of beach space to enjoy in the day! Just a short 15 minute drive outside of Galveston. Seven Seas Grocery is only 10 minutes away.

There is a beach cart path with a tunnel going under the highway taking you to the beach! This path and tunnel are located right next to this home! The community pool is only one street over from this house.

Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and absolutely no smoking on the entire property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $300 fine. We allow one dog, and there is a pet fee of $125. Please do not leave dog inside home unattended unless in a kennel/crate. Please take the time to read and agree with our house rules when reserving. We have a beautiful home that we are excited to share with you for your special getaway!
