The hot tub is maintained twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. They will not go in the home but will be on the property for about 15-20 minutes between the hours of 7 am-10 am to keep up with the hot tub cleanliness. This schedule may change due to holidays or as needed due to the company.

This home can experience inclement weather in the winter months. A guest may need to utilize an all-wheel or front-wheel drive/high clearance vehicle to access the home, depending upon recent snowfall or rainfall. All efforts possible are provided to ensure homes are easily accessible, but we still recommend that guests purchase travel insurance if there are any worries about experiencing northern Arizona winter weather.
