This beach house is designed for family fun. On the water, extremely peaceful, close access to Southern Shores beach, less than a 10 minute drive to downtown duck and access/walking distance to Duck Woods country club (golf course). Free use of kayak and paddle boards.


ABOUT THE HOUSE
There are four bedrooms, and one office that has a pull out couch. Three of the four bedrooms have queen sized beds. The fourth bedroom has a full and a bunk (can sleep 5). The master bedroom is on the main level, while the other three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a smaller full bathroom (compared to the 3 upstairs) but connects into an office, which has a pull out couch if needed. The office has a pull out couch, 2 desks, a monitor and an HDMI cord for your use. The master bedroom has views of the water and connects into a sunroom which also has views of the water.

The upstairs bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms. Two of the three upstairs bedroom have views of the water and a deck overlooking the water. The upstairs linen closet will have all of your linen needs including beach and bath towels.

On the main level, aside from the master bedroom, there is a half bathroom. As pictured, there is also a full kitchen, living space, and dining space. The dining table has 8 chairs.

ABOUT THE DECK AND EXTRAS
There is a full propane gas grill available for your use. We also have kayaks and paddle boards available, and there is water access (as pictured, we have steps that go into the water aka “the sound”). We also have a beach bike and a number of beach chairs in the basement garage.
