Home Layout:

Ground Level: On this floor, you'll find a 2 Car garage, Entry with Foyer that has seating and a TV, access to either Stairs or Elevator to access the above 2 floors. Pool, Spa, BBQ, and Covered Patio with ample space for seating.

1st Level of Living: On this level, you'll find a large Great Room with a Fully Stocked Chef's Kitchen and Island with bar top seating, a large living room, and a dining room. There is an additional Dining Table just off this space that is on a large Balcony overlooking the pool.. Just down the hall, there is a Washer/Dryer and a 1/2 Bathroom for your convenience. You'll also find 4 Bedrooms, each with King Beds and En Suite Baths (Vanity and Walk-In Showers). 2 of these have Balconies with Gulf Views.

2nd Level of Living: On this top floor, you'll immediately access the 2nd Living Room space upon exiting the elevator or staircase. You'll find another 4 Bedrooms, one of them is a master suite with a stand alone tub and a walk-in shower, walk in closet and a balcony. 2 more king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are also on this level. The 4th bedroom is the home's Bunk Room. It features a twin over twin Bunk Bed with with an En-Suite Bathroom. You'll also find the Roof Top Deck access on this floor for amazing views all day long, including Sunset and Sunrise.

This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the pool equipment only.

Extended Stay Details:
Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean, so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.
