This ranch style home sits on a private wooded lot with plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Fun for the whole family includes a swing set in the backyard and a basketball hoop in the front yard. Cool off in the private swimming pool (open mid-May to September, not heated) and enjoy the peaceful serenity of a wooded getaway. The pool house connected to our pool gives you a place to relax in the shade or still enjoy the outdoor ambience in case of a brief rain shower.

There are 2 decks off the house, one featuring a brand new BBQ grill to make the perfect lunch or dinner and the other deck to enjoy your meal and kick back with a refreshing drink!

Geneva Grove is a 2-level home featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating up to 8 people. Each level includes one bedroom with a King sized bed as well as one bedroom with a Full sized bed. Each room has it's own smart tv for you to stream all your favorite shows on the app of your choosing with your own login (no cable). Just beyond the living room is our dazzling kitchen and dining table, featuring a breakfast bar, beautiful overhead cabinetry, sleek granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher.

If you decide to dine in and fire up your culinary skills, have peace of mind knowing that a suite of high-quality tools and stainless-steel appliances are at your disposal.
