This unit is on the first floor. And, you have plenty of space. And, it is first floor, so you walk from your car straight into the unit for easy access.

You will love this neighborhood! With no nearby public parking, you will live like a local in your home away from home beach unit. Quiet at night, but is a bit less than a mile from the activities at the Port. So, just head out to the port for a great seafood meal, live music, the casino boat, fishing charters, and parasailing. Sleep at night when you return in this quiet paradise!
We recommend rental cars for this location since there are no businesses on the beach immediately near. You can walk to the pier, or Jetty Park. But, other than that you will need transportation. We do have Uber in the area. And, bicycles can be rented and will be dropped off for you. But, with our great restaurants and attractions in the area, you most likely will want your own transportation so you can explore!
Our kitchen is well equipped. You can shop at Publix, Aldi, or Walmart and get yourself settled in. We start you off with shampoo, conditioner, and paper products. If you run out you will need to grab more since we are a condo and not a hotel.
Working is a breeze with our updated WiFi. We will provide you with the access information along with your check in info.
You must be 28 years old or older to rent this unit. And, an ID must be uploaded to AirBnB and sent to the Host in a message thread. Office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Only emergencies are handled after hours, so you must be able to reasonably accommodate your own needs after hours for any non-emergency requests.
Unit Rules
-Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 9 am and must observed
-Pool hours 9 am to dusk, no access after these hours
-Pool: Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
-Pool: No diving and running, no glass and food around and in the pool! Swim at your own risk.
-Pool: No glass or food in the pool area.
-Pool: Swim at your own risk, no life guard on duty.
-Do not give out any Gate Code to others.
-2 parking spaces per unit
-Do not hang towels or bathing suits over the balconies or walls.
-No pets other than owner pets. We are sorry, but we are NOT a pet friendly complex for our guests. Service dogs are allowed with documentation and a vest.
-No boats, motorcycles including scooters, motor homes, RVs, campers, or trailers are allowed on property. If you bring them on property, you will be asked to remove them.
-No skateboarding or motorized scooters or skate boards on property due to being in NASA restricted airspace.
-No additional guests without express permission from Kay.

-Excessive sand in the unit ends up with additional charges through AirBnB for damages since additional cleaning fees apply.
-Host assumes no responsibility for refunds due to things that may break but are out of the control of the Host such as appliances, Hurricanes, power outages, internet outages, or any other situation out of the control of the owner and or Host.
