The Space:
- House is now considered a duplex. A separate suite was added onto the house in the back and will be rented separately from this listing. Nothing is shared with the other rental on the property, except for the driveway. Everything else is 100 % private and not shared. La Belle Vie is the front unit.

- There is no cable at the house. We don't advertise cable on this listing. There are Smart TV's + WIFI. You are able to log into your own streaming service accounts.
- Cornhole boards were removed, there were damaged.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the front house and private hot tub and backyard.

You are a short drive to Main Street (less than a mile) and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

- This property is NOT pet-friendly.

- This property is not suitable for children/infants.

- We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due the house being outside in the hill country , and summer you may have several encounter with the critters.
