The area offers the famous Funky Buddha brewery and numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, yet only a few miles from the beach and stunning Las Olas Blvd.

ABOUT
New furnishings, Instagram-able decor and a fully stocked kitchen await inside. The living room is ready for socializing or movie nights with a comfortable sofa that seats five, a side chair and a 55 inch smart TV. The kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare a meal and is open concept, located off the dining room which seats six comfortably. The home has 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, sleeping 6 adults comfortably. There are two primary bedrooms with king size beds and the third bedroom offers a wood frame full over full bunk with a twin trundle. All beds are appointed with hotel-quality linens and a smart TV. The third bedroom has a desk with mirror, perfect for working remotely during the day and an additional get-ready space for the evening. There is one fully appointed bathroom with a tub so keep that in mind when deciding on guest count.

Enjoy your time away from the beach as well in the resort-style large, fenced backyard complete with an expansive paved patio, saltwater heated pool with large tanning ledge, LED lighting and lush, tropical foliage. We provide you with a starter kit for your stay including: 4 K-Cups, ground coffee, sugars, creamers, 3 dishwasher PODs, 3 laundry PODs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and three rolls of toilet paper.
