Our beautiful, cozy studio condo is situated in the center of the Italian sect of Playa del Carmen in the Piedra Viva Condos - 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the shopping and night life of 5th Ave.

The spacious studio features 1 double bed, an eating area, a kitchenette, sitting area and a full bathroom. Also, 2 sliding patio doors that open onto the beautiful roof top patio! The patio offers 2 lounge chairs, a dining table that fits 4 comfortably and a sitting ledge on 2 of the patio walls. A perfect area to enjoy the sun, views and the breeze.

The unit has air conditioning throughout, high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with access to Netflix with your login.

We have a gated entrance to the property and utilize a self-check-in process using a lockbox code to access the keys. It is located on the 4th floor ... rooftop (no elevators, sorry!).

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive:: drinking water, hand soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper and body soap. Please note that these will not be replenished during your stay.

Also available for your use are beach chairs, beach towels, and a small cooler for your visits to the public beaches. It is just a short walk to the famous Mamita's Beach Club which offers chairs, umbrellas, full dining and bar service on a beautiful white sand beach for a nominal fee. Other nearby beach clubs include Kool, Martina, Lido, Indigo and Zenzi.

The infamous 5th Avenue features sidewalk cafes, coffee houses, night clubs, restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Everything is within walking distance so there is no need for a car. Excursions can be booked from many activity stands in the area. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a convenience store around the corner on 5th Ave.

This place is easily accessible from Cancun International Airport (a 45 minute drive) and transfers can be booked either online or at the airport.
