Enjoy clean, filtered air in the home with the newly installed HVAC REME HALO LED air purifier system and fresh, ocean breezes out on one of the several balconies that boast some of the most gorgeous views on the beach. Play Shuffleboard or Foosball in the Game Room before splashing around in your private pool, which has the option to be heated for an additional fee.* Relax in the bubbly hot tub when you're done there and enjoy some adult beverages at your own Tiki bar! And since you are at the Outer Banks, be sure to take your private boardwalk over the dunes and straight to the water where fun in the sand and surf awaits!
When you step into this home, all of your worries will immediately wash away as the beauty and grandeur of this house surround you. Relax after your long drive in the ground-floor game room/recreation lounge where you can play shuffleboard and foosball or whip up some light refreshments and adult drinks at the wet bar, equipped with its own ice maker, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Send the kiddos over to the children's TV room where they can unwind with comfy gaming chairs and a flat-screen TV. Down here, you'll also find 2 King Bedrooms with private bathrooms and a Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds. The ground floor also has a conveniently located laundry area to make end-of-the-day cleanup a breeze. Be sure to take the elevator, which you can access from each floor!
On the mid-level, you'll begin to see just how close you are to the ocean with the gorgeous mid-level porch which is covered and has seating for 4. Go out just a little bit further on the tiled path and you'll find an open sun deck, great for perfecting your vacation tan. Back inside is the pub area with a wet bar, pool table, and poker table that lead to the in-home theater where you and ten of your family members can retreat from the summer sun for a movie experience like no other. This floor also boasts 3 King Bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which also has private access to a streetside porch. Further down the hall, you'll find the Bunk Suite which has 2/pyramid bunks built into the walls and a bathroom with a shower stall.
Take the elevator up to the top floor and you will find what is arguably the best part of this spacious home that is just perfect for large families. The view of the ocean from this floor is unmatched. Take in the ocean air and natural light in the beautiful living area which is set up with cozy furniture perfect for a relaxing evening of watching the waves or enjoying family movie night on the flat-screen TV. When it's time for dinner, pop right over into the gourmet kitchen where there's plenty of space to whip up a gourmet seafood spectacular for the whole family to enjoy, with 5 seats also available at the kitchen island. Use the 6-burner gas stovetop and multiple ovens to make the perfect meal. Eat in the dazzling dining area, with its own wet bar, which seats 16, or take your Outer Banks delicacies out onto the tiled covered patio where you can enjoy your meal or adult beverage while enjoying the sight and sound of rushing waves and swirling sand through the beautiful glass see-through railing. Take a look around back inside, and you'll find two cozy King Bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, an additional hallway half bathroom, and a calming covered porch overlooking the street.
When you're ready to live your best vacation life, head on downstairs for the ultimate outdoor relaxation experience in the large Outdoor Covered Area. Splash around in the large private pool or rest up in the 8-person hot tub after a long day in the ocean. Take advantage of the Outdoor Shower when you're back from the beach before testing out your mixology skills in the covered Tiki Bar. Relax and read a book under the Covered Terrace and enjoy the Gas Fire Pit,** available 3/1 through 4/30, as well as 10/1 through 12/31, before heading out to look for sand fiddler crabs in the surf. Because Happy Sol is conveniently located in the heart of Nags Head, you'll have easy access to a variety of Outer Banks attractions, restaurants, retail shops, and local landmarks. Jockey's Ridge State Park is one of the best places on the entire island to catch a stunning sunset over the Roanoke Sound. The Nags Head Fishing Pier offers opportunities for pier fishing and sightseeing as well as a full-service restaurant and oceanfront bar with an amazing view from every seat. Golfing enthusiasts will enjoy Happy Sol's proximity to the Nags Head Golf Links. In the mood for a bike ride, jog, or a leisurely stroll to take in the scenery? Happy Sol is also very close to the paved pathway that extends for several miles to the north and the south, so you can explore everything the town of Nags Head has to offer without the worry of sharing the street with traffic.
