The family living room looks up to the second-floor library through repurposed farmhouse beams. Relax in the lower-level family room on its comfy leather seating while streaming your favorite shows on TV. A must-see amenity is the custom bar that opens out to a patio with stunning architectural features and lighting.
The well-equipped galley kitchen includes a bar island with generous seating and opens into the large dining area with a gorgeous table for everyone to use. Outdoor dining is just as delightful on the patio surrounded by the pond and alluring plantings. On the subject of being outdoors, the stone patios provide numerous places to wind down. Admire the serene landscape in the intimate yard, which has a hot tub, pond, and serene landscape. Lounge blissfully in the Adirondack chairs around the firepit in the evening and watch the sun go down. There is plenty of parking too!
Come nighttime, retire to one of the beautifully outfitted bedrooms. Hosting a private en suite bathroom, custom built-in closets, and a bow window overlooking the gardens, the main floor primary bedroom has everything you could ever want. The second-floor bedroom has a sitting room along with a full bath it shares with the third-floor bedroom, which has its own twin bed with a trundle. Guests may also rest on the pull-out sofa in the lower-level family room for extra sleeping arrangements.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Security camera details: This unit is equipped with a ring doorbell and exterior surveillance cameras around the perimeter.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
