Directly at the harbor entrance in the OstseeResort Olpenitz is this modern vacation home in Scandinavian style. The house is quietly located and you enjoy a fantastic view of the water and one of the sports boat docks through the other houses.

You enter the vacation home via the covered terrace, where you can relax in nice weather. High quality garden furniture and a barbecue are available.

The vacation home has two bedrooms, each with a high-quality double bed. The living and dining area is bright and flooded with light. Your small, private wellness area has a sauna and bubble bath. Here you can relax wonderfully and then make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace in the living area.

Fishing enthusiasts will feel at home here - especially cod, mackerel, herring, salmon and sea trout can be caught well in the smashed area. Refrigerator and freezer are available.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, offers can be found for all budgets and types of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a break in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.

*** Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. Your vacation property is of course finished, but there may still be construction activities in the surrounding area. Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation. The rental price is already calculated based on this construction situation; further discounts are excluded. ***

The harbor basin is not officially open for swimming due to current conditions; however, the Baltic Sea beach is only a stone's throw from the house. Please also note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
