Welcome to our 3 story, 3BR/3BA condo in East Nash. We are known for being a modern condo with a spacious kitchen and a stylish, cozy living room. This is a perfect layout for entertaining and gathering with your friends and family! We are nestled in the heart of East Nashville, a few miles to Broadway, Honky-tonks, and downtown (even closer to the hottest East Nashville hangouts).

- Before booking, please read and understand the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/travel insurance as we do not refund for cancellations outside of the policy listed.

For those unfamiliar with booking short term rentals, please note our process of serving our guests:
- You book instantly or request to stay, and we say YES.
- We will immediately send you some basic information in regard to our home, parking, and check in instructions
- Two days before your trip we'll send you our digital guidebook that has all the information regarding your stay
- At noon the day of your arrival, we'll message you your access code.
- You safely arrive and love everything!!
- You enjoy your vacation, reference your guidebook for checkout instructions (don't worry-- we'll send them to you, too!) and travel home safely.
We like to give our guests full privacy. But, we're available for your needs during your stay should you need anything.
EAST NASHVILLE--
Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900's. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe and Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood.
You will have 100 % access to this home during your stay.
There is a two car (standard size) private, attached garage that comes with the rental of the home.
Uber and Lyft are used widely and very popular with guests and relatively affordable.
There are also Lyft and Bird scooters downtown.

While we usually can't accommodate early check ins and check outs, we do allow guests to drop their bags after noon the day of check in.
