The 2-room apartments Kiebitz and Kormoran are on the ground floor on the right and have a spacious terrace with garden furniture and views of the garden and on the rose beds of the thatched cottage. The living area is 40 m² and is intended for a maximum of 3 adults. 1 bedroom with comfortable double bed, wardrobe and alarm clock radio. 1 bright, spacious living room with sofa, (extra bed for 1 person possible), 1 comfortable armchair and coffee table. 1 dresser with modern TV completes the comfortable in the living area, integrated fitted kitchenette with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, sink and refrigerator. Also available are coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. A hairdryer is available.   The apartment is equipped with gas heating and is rented all year round. Parking for bicycles is available.   At your arrival for a one-time surcharge of 12,50 Euro the beds already with linen and towels are ready. Alternatively, you can bring your own bed linen and towels. A travel cot and high chair can be provided if required for each 15.00 euros. In a neighboring building, a sauna is available for free. One free parking space per apartment is available to every guest on the property.   We ask our guests in the apartment not to smoke pets on request.   The ground floor on the right and left has a spacious terrace with garden furniture and its own small garden.

Our modern and very comfortably furnished apartment house offers 4 apartments (40 sqm, living room, 1 - 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with shower / WC, sun terrace -bzw. On the ground floor, all guests have access to a sauna free of charge. If the weather should make capers, waiting for our guests at the end of the white low-rise building, the lovingly equipped "Capitanerie". Here you can spend nice hours for two, or have fun evenings with nice people.����������   To the kilometer-long, fine-sandy beach on the Baltic Sea, it is only about 500 m from us. The beautiful Baltic Sea Sellin, in which our house is located, belongs to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. Within a short walk from the house you can reach the famous Wilhelmstrasse, the promenade of Sellin with the historic splendor villas and the diverse restaurants and boutiques. At the end of Wilhelmstraße, a popular lift takes you comfortably to the fine sandy main beach and the famous pier. Also popular with families South Beach is within 15 minutes walking distance, or you use the bath train (with spa card for free.). The natural plot in the back - to relax for our guests - ends at the nature reserve. After a short walk through the Seepark, you will reach the "Ahoi" water park with a waterslide and a large sauna area. The holiday home also includes free parking on the property. The bus stop for public transport is about 50 meters away. With us it is beautiful in every season!
