The bright and friendly furnished upstairs maisonette apartment (over 2 floors) is equipped with a large southwest facing balcony and is located about 600 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The separate bedroom in the attic (with laminate) is equipped with a double bed and can be reached via a staircase. On the tiled upper floor is the living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, and the bathroom with bath and toilet. In a housekeeping room you can use a washer and dryer for a small fee by arrangement.

Our modern apartments are located on the island of Usedom in Kaiserbad Heringsdorf in a quiet, spacious and central location. The three imperial baths offer many recreational activities. The surrounding area consists of many beech forests and lakes and invites to long walks and bike rides. The apartments were built in 2003 and renovated in 2008. The apartments are equipped with a terrace or a balcony. Terrace and balcony have south-west direction. Bicycle racks are available for each apartment. Each apartment has a parking space at the house. The house has a separate laundry room (washing machine and dryer for a fee). Energy costs are included in the rental price.
