The location of the property is at "Waterside Panwa" which do a map web search. Please be sure you are happy with the location before booking.

Families love staying at Waterside & Cape Panwa because of its peaceful surroundings, exquisite ocean views, and closeness to nature, where they can enjoy the sun, wind, beach, sea and great weather.

They love the spaciousness and privacy of our place. There is plenty of open spaces inside and outside the house for children to play in nature.

CAPE PANWA - Our guests are often pleasantly surprised at how nice Cape Panwa is. It is known for its stunning and expansive ocean views of the Bay, as it sits on the tip of Phuket island.

Most of our guests are families with young kids who come back often.
Our guests usually have visited Phuket before, and are looking to explore other parts of Phuket. They stumble across Cape Panwa and end up loving it.

Cape Panwa is a great base while to travel to different parts of Phuket.

PHUKET TOWN & ACTIVITIES - Driving distance (15 to 20 mins) to Phuket town and Central Festival shopping mall, where you can find lots of restaurants, shopping, bars and activity.

WORK FROM HOME (or should I say Work-From-Beach :P) -

A relaxed and energized team is most productive. Come to quiet Cape Panwa for a week long workation getaway and work during the day then relax by the pool and sunset in the evenings. The space has:

>A large dining table where up to 6 can sit comfortably, meant for a team to sit around and work and collaborate

BEACH - beachfront to Ao Yon beach and a short drive to several other beautiful beaches.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN - open plan kitchen with everything you need to cook. Refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, rice cooker, microwave included.

AMAZING SEA VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM - whether it is the 4 bedrooms or dining or living room, all have sea views.

OVERSIZED BALCONY - large balcony with relaxing lounge chairs where you can enjoy the cool ocean breeze, sunsets and stunning sea views.

SPACIOUS LIVING AND DINING AREAS - comfy and suited for friends vacationing together, families, and groups of up to 8.

COMFY KING SIZE BEDS AND EN-SUITE BATHROOMS - enjoy privacy in large and spacious bedrooms, each room also has seating areas and working space. We can also prepare extra floor mattress in these rooms if needed.

MULTIPURPOSE FOURTH BEDROOM / STUDY ROOM / KIDS PLAY ROOM - the 4th room is a study room + convertible into a bedroom with two beds. If you want this room prepared as a bedroom, please let us know how many beds you'd like.

INFINITY POOL - a lovely 40m infinity salt water pool directly on the beach.

DIRECT BEACH ACCESS - Ao Yon beach just steps away. Swim in the beach (during high tide).

WASHER & DRYER - Utility room with Electrolux washing machine and Bosch Dryer with detergent provided.

FREE CARPARK - free carpark for 1 car, if you have more cars please let us know.

65" SMART TV WITH NETFLIX AND POLK SOUNDBAR - enjoy with your family and friends netflix or any other of your streaming services. Enjoy playing music from your phone by connecting bluetooth to the Polk soundbar.

NECESSARY AMENITIES - we've thought through to include what we think you need. Your stay includes:
-shower gel, shampoo
-Hairdryer, iron board
-Clean set of towels, beach towels, slippers with extras at your request
-Cleaning tools for mid-trip mess, such as vacuum cleaner, cleaning liquids.

EXTERNAL SECURITY DOORBELL CAMERA External
For security, there's an external doorbell camera outdoors, next to the doorframe, on the top left hand corner at the entrance. It will turned on and record audio and video of anyone entering and exiting the property.

There are no cameras inside the houses, only outside at the door entrance.

(ii) Exact number of guests, and ages of each guest
(iii) Attach photos of the IDs of every guest
Passport or government issued ID will be accepted

Additional requests
(i) Car Parking - will you have a vehicle and how many?
(ii) Transport - we can arrange airport transfer, or a vehicle with driver for your trip.
(iii) Extra Beds - Do you need more than 3 king beds, and how many? We usually have 3 king beds set up, and can set up additional up to 3 twin sized beds / floor mattresses.
