In Prien in May 2019 our holiday home was completed. It houses on two floors a holiday apartment on the ground floor with 146qm (6-7 persons) and upstairs with 120qm (4-5 persons) living space, which leaves nothing to be desired.
In co-operation with the architects and the Munich Home Staging Agency (experts for home staging and furnishing advice), two lovingly furnished oases of well-being were created, which are pleasantly cool in the summer thanks to floor cooling and controlled ventilation in the living area and in winter by an environmentally friendly heat pump.
Location of the apartment in the holiday house:
- First floor with own staircase and entrance
- Almost three-meter-high ceilings give the 120sqm apartment an enormous amount of space
- Private balcony overlooking the mountains.
