This thoughtfully designed space is great for those that love natural light, enjoy being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and want to be close to all the attractions Santa Cruz has to offer. Located in the adorable Seabright neighborhood, just 15 minutes away from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and beach by foot. Also within walking distance you will find the many restaurants, breweries, the harbor, downtown, and a great playground and dog park.

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 people
- 1 bedrooms - with a queen bed & two twin beds
- 1 bathroom
- 1 parking space in the driveway and one in the garage (there is not street parking available)
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Small patio

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- Dog Friendly (1 dog, 30lbs of less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house and shared access to the garage (including laundry) and driveway, which are both also shared with the neighbor (it is a townhouse).

Other Things to Note:
- This is a townhouse and there is a shared wall with the neighbor as well as a shared driveway and garage. The washer and dryer are also shared with the neighbor.
- A variety of beach gear is available including two adult and one child size beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, a small pop up beach tent/shade structure, and beach towels.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
- We have property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
