The beach villas were restored in 2001 in the classic style of the resort architecture and reflect even today the splendor of the former bathing establishment.   The tastefully furnished apartment with three rooms and a beautiful bay window, which allows even on cooler days an indescribable view of the sea and the beach promenade, is located on the mezzanine floor of the villa. The apartment is about 86 m² and has two balconies, one with sea views and a south facing balcony in the direction of the forest, which is particularly appreciated by sun worshipers in the off-season. Access to the apartment is via the spacious external staircase directly from the promenade as well as from the parking lot on the forest side. Many guests especially appreciate the quiet location of the apartment and the short walk to the white sandy beach. The center of Zinnowitz with all shops, restaurants and important facilities is about 600 m and the pier about 400 m.

The apartment with 2 bedrooms is simply beautiful. A modern, tasteful equipment and plenty of space (86 sqm) for 5 people make the apartment a popular holiday home. In the bay window of the living room you will find a dining table where you can sit comfortably with up to 6 people. The living room has a comfortable seating area, a large flat screen TV and a stereo system. This is followed by the fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. To the south side are the 2 beautiful bedrooms with comfortable double bed, and 2 single beds, an extra bed and a bathroom with bath, toilet and vanity and BD. There are 2 balconies with seating for sunny change. The Wi-Fi network in the apartment can be used free of charge. For your comfort, the beds are available on request for a fee on arrival and towels are ready (initial supply).

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.
