The old village center with church, marketplace and museum and the lively village street with its many shops and restaurants are only about 300 m away and can be easily reached on foot or by bike. The local bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of Pestalozzistraße. Only a few meters behind the house starts the natural protected dune belt, which leads to the south beach. The other beaches are easily accessible: the main beach Ording is less than 10 minutes by car, the beach of St. Peter Bad and Böhl are less than 5 minutes away. In the immediate vicinity is the picturesque Silent Village, a small settlement of traditional thatched houses. The 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment complex and is normally furnished for a family with 2 children. Through the living room you reach the ground floor balcony and the spacious lawn behind the house. On the balcony you will find a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. The living room is designed in the North German style and has a Sony LCD TV (with USB and HDMI), DVD player, a stereo (with Bluetooth), books, travel information material and several games for the whole family. The dinette can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses each 0.9 m x 2 m), the nursery is equipped with a bunk bed (0.9 m x 2 m). In addition, the couch in the living room can be converted into a bed, so that even 6 people find a place to sleep. The couch has been redone in May 2018. The kitchenette is equipped with two hobs, a microwave, the usual e-appliances (coffee maker etc.) and with sufficient crockery, cutlery and glasses. The bathroom was modernized in 2017 and offers a shower, vanity and toilet. A drying option for wet laundry can be found next to the house.
