Nestled on over an acre of private paradise, our recently renovated home offers a spacious haven just minutes away from Downtown Boone, Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, and all the attractions of the North Carolina High Country.

Pet-Friendly: Bring along your furry friends! We welcome up to 2 dogs, with a flat-rate pet fee of $150 (non-refundable) at the time of booking.

Convenience: Benefit from keyless entry, private parking, and the ease of a fully equipped kitchen with a gas grill for delightful culinary experiences.

Living Room:
Your favorite spot awaits! Enjoy the mountain view, ample seating, and a cozy fireplace during the fall and winter months. The 55" Smart TV provides entertainment, and deck access lets you soak in the natural surroundings.

Kitchen and Dining:
Perfect for gatherings, our full-size dining room accommodates six guests, with additional seating in the kitchen and game room area. The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee bar with both drip and Keurig options (coffee & K-cups provided), along with essential appliances for your convenience.

Bedrooms:
Discover comfort in our well-appointed bedrooms. The main level hosts the master bedroom with a king bed, and an attached kids' room with a twin/queen bunk bed. Upstairs, two king bedrooms await you. Each bedroom boasts a smart TV and a ceiling fan for personalized comfort.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos (one on each level) and a half bath on the main floor ensure convenience for your stay.

Game/Movie Room:
Entertainment abounds in our game and movie room on the main level, equipped with a 65" Smart TV, air hockey table, shuffleboard table, and a selection of cards and board games.

Outdoor Oasis:
Experience the great outdoors on our deck with rocking chairs, bask in the cozy ambiance of string lights, and gather around the fire pit with benches. Explore relaxation in provided hammocks, perfect for hanging outside in the mountain air.

Location:
Enjoy the best of both worlds – privacy and proximity to popular Appalachian Mountain attractions. Please note, our semi-steep mountainous gravel road requires a 4WD/AWD vehicle during winter in case of snow and is recommended for warmer months (not required but makes the drive easier). The road the house is located on is a one way loop.

Before your stay, a rental agreement acknowledging house rules will be required to be signed.
