The Crescent 103 is a lovely condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. The open-concept living/dining space is a welcome haven after a day at the beach, with cozy interiors and plenty of furniture so everyone can unwind comfortably. You’ll find many areas to take an afternoon nap, play a board game, or gather for snacks and a cool drink. The living room is fully loaded with a couch, love seat, chair, and ottomans, and the kitchen is an absolute delight. Whip up delicious tropical drinks, prepare casual dinners, or create a huge spread of appetizers the whole crowd will enjoy. Gather together at the breakfast bar or dining table to recap the day’s activities or map out tomorrow’s adventures. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase magnificent scenery outside, with the beach just steps away. Take in stunning sunsets on the porch, then retire to the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a large garden tub. Enjoy morning coffee on the walk-out patio to the Gulf of Mexico just outside. The guest suite is just as accommodating, with a queen-sized bed, double bunk bed, and flat-screen TV.  A sleeper sofa is located in the living room, and a full-sized washer/dryer is nearby for added convenience.

Soak up the sun at the community pool, venture to the sugar-white shores with a good book, and relax the day away. When you’re ready for exploring, eat, drink, and play at Baytowne Wharf, just ten minutes away. Get in a few rounds at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, then enjoy casual beachfront dining at The Surf Hut!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Special Notes:

·   Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 8 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
